SisBoom Christmas Celebration!!!

I love Jennifer Paganelli and all her incredible designs all year long!! But Christmas time is such an amazing time to really do something special with her fabrics for my home! I am usually so busy creating goodies for everyone else during the year that I really look forward to making something for myself, only one just for me!!! So here is one of my favorite projects that is quick, because I don't have a lot of extra time, fun, and beautiful!! You can do this too and it will only take a few hours so put on your favorite Christmas music or movie and get busy!!!

Super Duper Sis Boom Christmas Tree Skirt!!
So first you will need to go to the dollar store and buy one of those precut tree skirts they sell for $1 made from felt. I like using the white one but it probably doesn't matter. Next you need your glue gun and lots of glue sticks! And last you need to rip strips of your favorite Sis Boom fabric into 4" strips, any length and any pattern you want!! Now you can probably tell why I like this project. If you want you can press your strips but you don't have too. I iron everything so I did but it is not necessary! Ok so starting on the outside edge by the slip starting about an inch in from the edge squeeze some glue for about 12 inches following the edge of the felt. Next hand gather the fabric onto the glue moving along the edge. When you use up one strip of your fabric just start the next one. Once you are all the way around start the next line of gathers staggering where the different prints stop and start sort of like you are laying bricks! It is so fun and when you are all they way done you can finish off the slit and top part with some glitter ric rac or another trim you love!! Have fun making something you love for yourself!! Have a blessed Christmas everyone and God bless!!

Thanks for sharing a variety of Jennifer Paganelli prints. I haven't visited your blog previously, but I've bookmarked it now, to return. Sarah Helene, Minneapolis
